Just released the latest version of MyVidList with audio support. Now, you can search for you favorite songs hosted on open servers, you then copy the URL by pressing down on the link. You can also preview the song within the app before adding it into you list by simply clicking on the desired song listed on open directories. You can also search for popular videos.

Version 2 of MyVidList has been released. New to the release is an updated UI, video thumbnail support and in app browser search. You can download the app here. I feel eveything needed to properly search, add, and delete videos online is in place and functioning properly. I will add new features soon.

So, I'm sitting here unwinding, my muscles sore, from a long weekend of house chores and constant activity. We are currently filling in a part of the backyard with mulch and setting up garden boxes. On top of it all, I just submitted my first app for review into the itunes app store. I'm hoping my little app makes the cut.

It came about as a means of wanting to bookmark videos on my mobile device. I worked very hard in getting the right design and workflow down, and after all that, I still have more features I want to add for the next release, like a search screen.

Anyways, in all of these, I have Netflix keeping me company with my constant viewing of Roseanne re-runs :))

I'm tired, my eyes kinda hurt... and I still plan on working out after seeing this great work-out routine in a Men's Fitness mag.

*yawn*

A Long Absence, Many Changes

I haven't been maintaining my site as well as I'd like. As is often the case, work and life seems to have got in the way if your hobby. Regardless, I came back to find my comment section spammed. It really is my own fault as I never put a captcha in place, but not having the time to put one in place I decided the best way to deal with it was to suspend comments on my blog. That leaves me with a laundry list of things to do in order to get my site and my server up-to-date.

In life news, work has been going great and continues to challenge me. Also, as of March 03, 2011 I am an official home owner. In order to protect my privacy, I won't post any pictures here, but it is a beautiful home with a great big pool!

Anyways, just making a bleep in the sea. Did you see me, Internet?

Different Sunday, Same Routine

Today was another Sunday, but it was far from lazy.Â As you might know, I mostly tend to clean every other weekend.Â With Agro shedding at an alaraming rate and the bathrooms in desperate need of cleaning, I resolved to clean house today.Â So the day started with me waking up, taking the dog out and then getting breakfast from McDonald's which consisted of one large ice coffee.Â I drank about 1/3 of the iced-coffee and proceeded to play Fallout 3 for around an hour.Â Afterwards, I took Agro for a walk to Pet Smart where we encountered a trio of Corgis.Â After we got home I drank the last of the coffee and started to clean.Â First, I vacuumed downstairs and upstairs.Â Then, I did the dishes and cleaned the kitchen, as well as mopping the kitchen floor.Â When that was all done I started on the downstairs bathroom.Â Finally, I finished both of the upstairs bathrooms.Â It took me 4 hours of cleaning and tiding up the house before I was finished.Â I took a 30 minute break and then headed out to the grocery store to stock up on food.Â All said in done, I was pretty busy from 12pm to 7pm.

Today the hubby and I caught the afternoon showing of Inception over at the Lake Creek Alamo House.Â I'll spare you the details and simply say this movie is great, and extremely original. The concept of time perception in dreams was something that I had previously reflected on.Â I have never experienced a lifetime in dream, but I have experienced, what seems to be a large span of time during the course of a 3 hour nap.Â It has been my opinion that perhaps those that truly believe in an afterlife, be it heaven, hell, or ressurection into an eternal life in paradise, with a deep faith and belief will perhaps most likely experience this eternity in their subconscience as they die.Â Perhaps in that split second where life completely leaves your body, perhaps with that last bit of brain activity, you fall into a dream.Â And that last split second of life turns into milli-seconds, micro-seconds, nano-seconds, pico-seconds, and so-on into an eternity and thus into an eternal lifetime for your subconscience.Â I'd like to belive that this is the case, having experienced a wide ranging amount of ultra-vivid dreams where even the touch of another persons skin is indistinguishable from reality.
